2. How long does order processing take?

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

3. Which shipping carriers do you use?

Yes. We offer a 14-Day Free Return Policy for eligible orders delivered within Italy and the EU.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, scratches, or damage

Items not returned in original condition may not qualify for a full refund.
